Everything is still coming along nicely. I have been doing some work from home and just taking it easy. I haven't been on the bike or trainer at all as I haven't felt up to it.
I see the Dr. again next Tuesday and I will probably return to work Wednesday. Aside from coffee, I am really sick of liquids.....

I love these foto montages. They have that modern, computer-rendered police composite-sketch look to them.
lookin' pretty good, buddy. guess you won't have to bother taking off your shoes at the airport anymore...what's the point...they're gonna have to do a cavity search anyway after you set off every alarm with all that metal in your head!
